Governance
OMII-UK is governed by a Director, a Management team and an Operations team. To guide its longer-term development, OMII-UK is advised by three boards comprising experts in the fields of software, open-source software and e-Research:
- The OMII-UK Board comprises 'stakeholders' that represent the cross Research Council funding provided by the EPSRC Core Programme and 'external advisors' from the UK and international e-Infrastructure and e-Research community. Dr. David Snelling is the current Chair of the OMII-UK Board.
- The User Board comprises representatives from our end-user communities.
- The Technical Advisory Group comprises technical representatives from the UK and the international e-Infrastructure and e-Research community.
